Event Details:
Invite calm, balance, and restoration with a community-centered yoga session designed for all bodies and experience levels. This gentle flow combines breathwork, mindful movement, and grounding postures to support strength, flexibility, and inner ease. Participants will connect with themselves and their community through intentional slowing, stretching, and shared presence. Mats provided for those who need them.
Participants will:
- Learn foundational yoga poses with accessible modifications
- Practice mindful breathing to reduce stress and increase clarity
- Improve balance, flexibility, and functional mobility
- Experience grounding and relaxation through guided cool-down stretches
- Build community connection in a supportive, welcoming space
