Celebrate the start of spring with a lively community walk/run designed to welcome all ages and paces. Whether participants choose to walk, jog, or run, this session encourages movement, connection, and outdoor wellness. Facilitators will guide warm-ups, support pacing, and offer hydration and encouragement along the route. A cool-down stretch closes the morning with intention and care.
Participants will:
- Warm up with guided mobility and stretching
- Walk, jog, or run a community loop at their own pace
- Learn pacing and breath strategies
- Build community connection through shared movement
