🌀 Braille Fundamentals: A Beginner-Friendly Series

Event Details:

Discover the basics of Braille in this hands-on, accessible series designed for parents, educators, and community members. This course runs Monday through Friday in a hybrid format: in-person sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, and virtual sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each class is beginner-friendly and builds tactile readiness and Braille fluency step-by-step. 10 AM CST – 12 PM CST daily. 

Participants will:

  • Learn how the Braille cell works
  • Strengthen tactile sensitivity
  • Apply Braille to everyday tasks
  • Practice reading and word-building skills

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: Virtual — via Zoom (link shared after registration)
