The Beacon Project is Lumen Network’s signature leadership development program that helps participants uncover and share their inner light. Through mentorship, reflection, and hands-on community projects, learners build confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership skills. Each participant completes an “illumination project” that turns personal growth into community impact, emerging as a guide ready to light the way for others.
The Lumen Exchange
Is a dynamic mentorship and collaboration platform where wisdom moves both ways. Participants connect through small-group exchanges, partner-led sessions, and shared projects that foster growth, innovation, and authentic relationships. Designed for professionals, students, and community leaders, The Exchange builds lasting networks that empower participants to learn, lead, and uplift together.
