Event Details:

Kick off the LaunchPad Series by setting a clear, confident direction for your career search. Participants learn how to define realistic goals, map out job targets, and create a weekly plan that builds momentum. This workshop introduces the CAR method (Challenge–Action–Result) to help participants translate real-life experience into strong application content and professional narratives.

Participants will:

• Clarify career goals and job targets
• Map out a weekly action plan
• Use the CAR method to describe accomplishments
• Build a foundation for resumes and interviews
• Present their portfolio to employers during a virtual career fair
